This letter is a formal demand that you immediately CEASE AND DESIST from the conduct described below. The relevant facts are as follows:

Your conduct constitutes harassment. Depending on the circumstances, it may give rise to civil liability — including claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy — and may violate state criminal harassment and stalking statutes. I have not consented to this contact, and I am formally directing you to stop all contact with me, whether in person, by phone, by text, by email, through social media, or through third parties.
Accordingly, I demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from the conduct described in this letter and from any similar conduct; and (2) provide me with written confirmation, within 10 days of the date of this letter, that you have complied and will not resume the conduct. This is your opportunity to resolve this matter without court involvement.
If you fail to comply within 10 days of the date of this letter, or if the conduct continues or resumes at any time, I will pursue all available legal remedies against you, including filing a lawsuit seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and costs. Please also treat this letter as formal notice to preserve all documents, communications, and other materials relating to this matter, as they may be relevant evidence in any future proceeding.
This letter is written without prejudice to, and with full reservation of, all of my rights and remedies at law and in equity, none of which are waived by anything stated or omitted here.
