This offer, and your continued employment, are contingent upon: (a) completion of a background check with results satisfactory to the Company; (b) your presentation of documents establishing your identity and eligibility to work in the United States, as required by federal law (Form I-9), within three business days of your start date. If any contingency is not satisfied, the Company may withdraw this offer or end your employment without any obligation beyond wages earned for time actually worked.
Your employment with the Company will be at will. This means that you or the Company may end the employment relationship at any time, for any lawful reason or for no reason, with or without cause or advance notice. This letter is not a contract of employment for any specific term, and the at-will nature of your employment may be changed only by a written agreement expressly stating so, signed by you and an authorized officer of the Company. This letter supersedes any prior discussions or representations regarding the terms of your employment.
